NJHS is an opportunity for Conackamack Middle School to recognize students who are academically talented and give back to their school community.
Students apply and are inducted to NJHS as seventh graders. As eighth grade members the students will decide on and complete service projects within the Conackamack and Piscataway communities.
We are looking forward to a wonderful year with this group. Please continue to check the website for upcoming activities.
The criteria for membership includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- A grade point average in academic classes of 90% or higher.
- Teacher Recommendations
- Participation in service activities inside or outside of school.
- Student must show excellent character and should therefore have no discipline problems recorded with administration.
- Attendance at the induction ceremony held during your 7th grade academic year.
