Conackamack Middle School closed out the week before Spring Break with its exciting annual volleyball tournament! For several weeks prior to the tournament, students learned and practiced skills during physical education class, then formed teams and played against one another. Brackets for each grade were formed, then grade levels faced off. The winning eighth-grade team then played against the staff – and for the first time since 2003, the 8th graders won 30-22! It was a great way for the students and staff to finish out the week before break.
